Centro is located in the heart of downtown Boulder’s Pearl Street West End and is the home of soulful, imaginative, and authentic Mexican Cuisine. Prepare for a coast-to-coast culinary journey across Mexican, showcasing specialties from Jalisco, Baja, Chihuahua, Veracruz, Yucatan, and Oaxaca.

Hosts

Hosts are the first and last impression for our guests, responsible for shaking hands, kissing babies and welcoming all into our home. Must exude ‘Southern’ hospitality, have an award winning smile, be warm, personable, detail oriented and navigate the waitlist and seating chart like a pro, in addition to possessing excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Selfless and personable hospitality is paramount to providing a remarkable guest experience and creating a positive environment throughout the restaurant. Candidates should be the ultimate party starter, eager to learn, cool under pressure and adaptable. Support Staff

Our team hustles. Period. Much to do, and plenty of hands to do it. Running food, clearing tables, filling waters, greeting guests, back flips, cartwheels, all while telling an awesome joke and carrying a baby. You do it all...and it is your next step to a serving position!

Here’s the Skinny:

Full-Time or Part-Time (full-availability: nights & weekends)
$17-25 per hour average starting wage
Hospitality/Restaurant experience a plus!
Tips and/or Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (we’ll provide training!)
